Aberdeen Wool Shops
We've found one wool shop in Aberdeen but don't worry at all as there are always the internet wool shops who will ship to your door. It's a town surrounded by the villages of Westhill, Cove Bay, Stonehaven and Alford and is a very picturesque part of Scotland that's for sure. If you're off the beaten track then maybe internet shopping is for you.
Aberdeen is Scotland's third most populous city, and nicknames galore - Granite City, the Grey City and the Silver City with the Golden Sands being just a few. The traditional textile industry, as a well as fishing and paper making there has unfortunately been taken over by the oil industry as favourite. It has a lovely long sandy coastline - a great place to sit with your knitting on a nice day and watch the waves roll by!
