Description:
At Kelly House we are very excited to announce our Woolly Weekend, a two day wool and
natural-fibre festival to be held at the house over the weekend of the 15th and 16th of October 2011.
We are writing to you and a number of other retailers and service providers to offer you the opportunity to sell your lovely woollen products at this event.
We hope to attract suppliers in every specialist field, from spinning wheel to finished product, and hope you will want to be there!
Stalls cost only £30 for the whole weekend, with the show being open to the public from 10am to 5pm on the Saturday, and 10am to 4pm on the Sunday. £10
from every stall holder will be donated to The Children's' Hospice South West, who will be helping us with the organisation and running of this event. Our aim is to raise awareness and funds for this deserving charity, as well as promoting local and national small producers of natural British products.
Stalls spaces are 2m wide and 1.5m deep, and for those requiring larger units we do offer multiple pitches up to 6m wide. Stall holders will be required to bring their own tables and display cases, although we can arrange to hire tables if required for a fee. Power is not available, owing to the ancient wiring in the main parts of the house, so we will be providing a stall-holders refreshment room with access to free tea, coffee and water (and possibly peace and quiet!)
Public access will be charged at £3 (our usual open day charge is £6) and we will be undertaking extensive local press and poster advertising, so hope to be able to bring you many customers, and hope they will be in a buying mood. For
those of you with credit and debit card machine, we will be providing wifi access to allow you to maximise your takings!
Local accommodation can also be sourced for those travelling from further afield, please contact us for more information.
Thank you for reading this, and we hope you will return the attached booking form to us in order to secure your place.
